How do I Return a Product?

To return a product just simply login in to your account and request a RMA via the website which can be located in the customer service section.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns of opened goods only unopened goods unless they have been damaged or are in a unsatisfactory condition.

Damaged

We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return items. We recommend using a Recorded Delivery Service for returns as we cannot be responsible for items which never make it back to our warehouse.

Returning Food Items (Confectionery, Fruit, Nuts and Seeds)

If you find any of our food products in a state not for human consumption, please call Customer Services on 01782 366080 to state your problem.

If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods.Please do not send any food items back which have not been RMA requested.

Lost or Damaged Parcel

For any lost goods please contact our Customer Service department on 01782 366080 (Open 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday) or email us.

Please Note: Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of despatch, we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

 

If you find your goods to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the product is returned (within 30 days after the delivery date). We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.
